Greetings. Been shopping for a 2024 Power Wagon for probably a year. Finally got into one last weekend... New Lunar, level 2 equipment, towing technology group, bed utility, sunroof, dual alternator, VSIM, and tonneau.
Already got tint, next up some kind of step. I like the OEM rock rails but concerned with its usefulness as a step (have a clumsy 10yr old). Need something ASAP to prevent door dings.
Other less urgent wants off the top of my head, in no particular order, include:
- Removable bed case/box under tonneau (may one day switch to a more durable tonneau)
- NEEDS bigger tires. Still undecided if I'll hit the easy button with 35's...or take the plunge and necessary steps to fit 37's. Cost/effort aside, 37's is my preference.
- Would like to add ACC, but still need to figure out how manageable an install is...also need to consider factory warranty.
- Easy one, but nice aluminum ball hitch. Last truck was an 06 F150 KingRanch & the hitch was quite literally fused in-place.
- I'm considering whether I want to remove the black pinstripe that is above the painted rocker panel (remember - lunar) but will do that if/when I'm 100% certain...
That's the short-list for now, fairly mundane aspirations. Love the truck as is and I want to keep for the long-haul, so not looking to go crazy with mods.
