A lot of us have had our issues with local dealers, myself included. Which is why I decided to try another one further away just based on ratings. I only go once a year for the oil changes Mark Dodge talked me into, LOL. With the '22 I wanted to be sure it was looked at regularly by Ram the first few years. And it turns out that was the right move. While there for the oil change I had my 4 recalls done. Grid heater relay, something with the ABS software, radio software update and the particulate matter sensor. To my surprise they took care of all 4 that day and I didn't have the PM sensor factory installed. Further to my surprise they took care of additional warranty items I didn't know about. Apparently the left blend door actuator was seized. Had no idea, but I think it's heat related and not much use for that in FL. Passenger front axle seal was leaking. There are no drips on my garage floor so I assume it must be something they frequently see and replaced it. Anyway, want to post a positive dealer experience for a change. Really made my day that they took good care of me. Hopefully I'm not back here in a few days complaining about something they messed up!
