Idle Hour’s

I have a 2019 2500 Cummins with 2000 miles as of today. Checked the idle hours today and it’s showing 9 idling hours, does that mean parked or in gear at lights and stop signs? I just haven’t left it idle at all.

I'm not 100% sure on the big boy trucks, but on my 1500 i traded in, it was anything that was under 5mph considered as idle hours.

Glad they don’t have idle meter on my ranger, it idles for hours on end keeping my pups cool........and warm! LOL!

I'm at 104 idle hours in a little over 12K miles......
My truck was a demo that I bought with a bit over 6K, and it had 92 idle hours then.....me thinks it was used as a mobile office, and spent some time idling to keep folks cool/warm......meh.
It had 3 oil changes in the first 6K according to the Carfax.....not too worried about it.

7600 miles, 191 drive hours, 15 idle hours. Mine had 6 idle hours on it when I purchased it new with 11 miles. 2019 2500 6.4.
