I'm in Dfw. It's been hot. 62 days without rain. 40 days of 100 degrees. 20 consecutive days of 100. And not just 100. Been like 105 a lot. Had 3 days of 109 a row. Just 100 isn't too bad now. I work outside about half the day. Been a drag.

Ugh.

I think we had only 4 100° days in Denver this summer.

Working in Tulsa for just today. What a hot humid s**thole.

Flew in Wed night and it was still 100° and probably 80% humidity at 10PM.

Downtown Doubletree is a dump, sh*t service at the bar, slow surely staff and other dining options around here kind of suck.

Only upside is the rental car is a murdered out Chrysler 300S with remote start and I got upgraded on the flight out and next up on the return. Can't wait to fly back out tomorrow morning.

Been pretty nice here in Phx (just my opinion). Knock on wood, nothing really over 115 yet. Lots of storms have rolled through.

Been hot in Georgia where the humidity and the temperature are usually about the same.

Went through Ft Gordon twice.
Retired from there in '86 after 20 years abd 5 days. Went back a month later and did 21 years in civil service. Won't be Ft, Gordon much longer. Looks like the "woke" Army is going to rename it Ft. Eisenhower.

Spent our summer across most of the United States. Everywhere was about what I expect/ remember. Currently in NC and it's been a pleasant summer here, high 80s and low 90s, rain about 75% of the days so far.
