Good day all... just joined up to read up on the Rams, i've always been a Ford guy, not a loony tunes brand fanatic, just have had good luck with them lol.... I am in the market to replace my 300k mile 6.0 that's suffering from severe NYS cancer. We both work full time still so we only pull around our 37' 14k gross bumper pull toy hauler a few times a month, 8 months a year. The wife and i went and checked out a few newer 2500's recently and we really liked the interiors on them compared to Ford and GM. I was planning on going back to gas (NO duallies lol) to gain some payload in case we upgrade to a 5th wheel in the near future but i'm having a hard time looking away from the diesels lol.

Welcome from a fellow NY'er. If you are even contemplating a 5'er go diesel and go 50 gallon tank. Gassing the gasser every 200 miles is a PITA. I don't tow a ton but enough and short trips are better because of the range.
