2021 3500 Limited Dually. I ordered the trailer towing package that came with 4 sensors for the trailer wheels. If I get a low pressure, or even a blow out, how will I be notified in the truck, and how fast. Will I just get an idiot light? Will I also get an alarm, and if so, just one chime (that I might not hear), or continues chimes?
I haven't put these sensors in the travel trailer yet, as I'm waiting on a new one. I current use a separate tire monitor with the screw on sensors and I get notified quick and continues.
If I ever get a fast leak or blowout while traveling, I need to be notified right away so I can get stopped fast to minimize the damage.

So I'm trying to find out if the factory TPMS will work as needed, or just use aftermarket tire monitoring.

Thanks,
Kevin
