Just got my truck back from the stealership where they replaced the clockspring as the steering wheel clicked when turning. I didn't realize until the next day that my horn wasn't working. My question for the crowd is, does anyone know how the techs replace the clockspring? Wondering if they pull the fuse or the relay. I'm gonna check the manual to find out where each are located, but was hoping someone here has firsthand knowledge of how the repair is done to point me in the right direction. I really don't want to drive 40 mins back to the stealership if I can help it.

Thanks!

If the horn doesn't work after replacement of the clockspring - its related. Take it back. Shouldn't be a need to pull any fuses or anything. Most of the time just disconnect the negative battery cable and perform the work.

I also assumed they would simply pull the battery cable (which they did as they moved the cable cover). That said, I just went and looked in the fuse box. Sure enough, the fuse was laying inside the box. I placed it back in its slot and all is good with the world again. lol
