Hood corrosion- Ram Cares help me

My hood is showing signs of corrosion again. The first time was around 1 year ago and had no problems getting it covered under the corrosion warranty. Today I was told Ram denied the claim for corrosion on the other side of the hood this time. Could be the worthless dealer being lazy but they said to call Ram Cares for help.

@RamCares how do I go about starting a conversation with you to hopefully replace the hood.

Do you live in one of those fabula's states that spreads salt?

I live in central Tx. for the last 2 years. Before that I was in Az.

I think they spread some brine on the bridges before any big freeze but that’s just 1 day.
