Hitch Receiver Sleeve - Should My New 3500 Have Come With One?

I've read where others may have received a sleeve for the larger receiver on our new trucks. I looked around under the back seats, but found nothing. Nothing in glove boxes either. Is there a certain place RAM stashes the sleeve at the factory?

Mine was under rear seats along with the winter front, and vsim and aux switch wiring..... if you have the in floor storage check there

Thanks for all the replies!! After looking all over I finally looked in the floor storage. There it was, in the passenger floor storage.
