Hissing, whooshing noise at low speed and idle?

2023 6.4 liter, with 1,100 miles so far and if I turn everything of, radio, climate, I can hear this odd noise that I'm having a hard time describing.

Sounds like it's coming from behind the steering wheel and it's a even tone low pitched whooshing noise.

I just realized tonight that the sound goes away if I turn the wheel a little to the left or right and hold it there, but when the wheel is centered the noise comes back and I hear it when idle or coasting at slow speeds.

Does anyone else have this?

I have same sound on my 2021 6.4 4x4, it’s the power steering. I think it just may be a characteristic of the truck. I have 50,000 miles on mine with no problems

Thanks! That makes me feel a lot better, last thing I want is to have to take it to the dealer.

It's a little annoying at times, but as long as its normal, I will deal with it.
