Searched and haven’t found much info on this. My 3500 has a hill assist where if I put the truck in drive on a steep grade it will hold still until I press the throttle. I have found it pretty useful.
Does any one know more about it’s limits as in with a heavy load hooked up. Is it just holding brakes or will something in the transmission tear up if I use the hill assist with a heavy trailer? Might be a dumb question but I’m just curious
