Hello,

Last week, I traded in my 2020 EcoDiesel and purchased a 2024 Ram 2500. I've wanted a heavy-duty Ram for many years, so I'm excited. Interestingly, with just over 500 miles on the odometer, the Ram app sent me this error code (see picture). After doing cursory research, I see it is a common error in the world of half-ton Rams, but I have only seen one thread on the error code here in the HD forums. The attached pictures are the old 2020 Ram and the new Ram.

I got mine last week, 2024 Power Wagon. Same message, Truck is running well. I havent worried to much not unusual as all the systems are breaking in. I'll be swinging by the dealer for some items yet to be installed. I find out anything diffrent, I'll make note here.

Congrats on the new ride and welcome. I also came from a 2020 1500.
