So I test drove a 3500 Laramie dually yesterday and was quite impressed. I asked the sales manager if he ever sees these Laramie dually Rams with a Hemi in a crew cab. He said once and awhile he sees a customer order like that come through, but its rare.

Would you think this is stupid to order one with a Hemi? Down the road resale might suck.

If you dont need a cummins then why not get the hemi the resale wont change really the cummins is 10k more so resale is more for them so resale is related to purchase price.....

True. I found a dually to test drive and assumed I would hate the ride, but I actually really enjoyed driving it.

They are definitely rare. I can probably count on one hand how many times I've seen one. All of them were work/contractor trucks.

Not as rare as you think all the duallys i see at the dealers are hemis its finding a cummins that you dont have to order thats rare lol

I wonder how much worse the fuel economy would be on a dually crew cab versus a srw crew cab?
