New engine under 12,000 miles
Rear end is now needing replaced. Already approved by Stallantis for replacement. Have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a decision on wether to replace whole rear end or just replace with parts.
I have communicated with everyone at Stallantis that would answers the phone. No answered.
Parts are avalible, dealership is ready to do work but waiting on answeres.
Does anyone have an email or phone of someone with some pull. Leaving on 6 month trip Oct. 7 and I have no answeres
