Help requested - wiper/cowl access

What is the correct process to get under the driver wiper arm?

I don’t want to goober anything up. There are push clips. Do the wiper arms need to be removed?

I have a squeaky wiper arm that squeaks as I drive and it drives me nuts

Pop the wiper arms off and remove the clips holding the cowl on, there are tabs under it so you may have to move it and lift up at the front to get free of the tabs
