Hi everyone!

I had a freak off-road incident causing a rock to flip up and lodge itself between my frame and rock sliders. Unfortunately, it took out the NVH noise canceling actuator thing. The result is that the car shakes/rumbles like I am driving on rumble strips whenever the truck utilizes MDS/ECO mode. This is extremely annoying...

The dealership can not seem to locate a part number for a replacement, and does not seem invested in helping me find one. Again, I believe this is the noise canceling actuator device that mounts directly to the frame under the passenger side door.

Can anyone help me track down the correct name and part number for the device pictured in the attachments? This is on a ram 2500 Powerwagon by the way.

Much appreciated,

BipNdip

I thinks it's called a Active-Tuned Mass Module (ATMM) and I can't believe the dealer cannot locate a part number.... That's pretty sad.

Looks like it may be 68363376AB
Thanks, neighbor! That seems to be close to what the dealer ended finding.

Fingers crossed it is the correct part. I will confirm next week incase anyone were to go down this rabbit hole in the future.

"Part #- 68363370

$390.00 Before tax
We can have it here in 5-7 days"

Just throwing it out there, but the first three links (all I tried) on a Google search result of the part number, are all north of $150 cheaper than what you're paying the dealership.

I'm far from a mechanic, but that thing looks very easy to install based on the single photo of it you shared.

Agree!!

Did it just get shifted up by the rock? I don't have one on my truck but I thought the axis was verticle for those. If it has shifted I would first try putting it back into the stock position. I doubt it will cancel vibrations properly if it is in the wrong position.
