Help identifying a radiator related part

Hello I am trying to swap out the fan clutch in my 2020 3500 (any advice here would be appreciated too!) and it looks like I need to remove the fan shroud to get the clutch off. Problem it seems are these two plastic clips (pictured and circled in red) are keeping me from pulling the radiator hose aside to remove the shroud. Does anyone know what part number these are ?

Dealer is telling me I need to order the whole hose kit to get them errrrr.

They look like wide cable ties. Do they have a fastener attached to them (like a “Christmas tree” fastener) on the other side we can’t see?

Look up push mount cable ties, see if they would do the job.

Update on this. I failed miserably trying to remove the clutch but I did find out if you just cut the zip ties you can replace them with any zip tie. Ideally a big one.
