Hello everyone, I am currently looking at a brand new spankin 2500 tradesman, 6.4. I currently drive an 06 3500 Cummins 6 speed with a lot of go fast goodies, but between my bad back, and the fact it is getting pretty long in the tooth at 238k, I am very excited to finally buy a new pickup with a warranty. I will attach the link to the truck i think I have decided on, please let me know what you guys think and if it is a good price comparitive to your region. I appreciate it and have a good one

I would say you are sitting pretty good taking the price they have listed online. I am not sure how much of that depends on rebates or what their doc fee is, but here are the approx numbers I came up with below on that unit.

Invoice Price: $43,338
minus
Dealer Holdback: $1,328
Bottomline Price w/ dealer net $0 before rebate: $42,010

Of course Dennis Dillon sells on volume so they are willing to be far more aggressive on pricing (losing money in many deals) because their quarterly kickback bonus more than keeps them profitable.

How does one find the invoice price for a truck? I was looking around online and couldnt find it anywhere

It is pretty simple really. You can do it from TrueCar and NADA both. It will never get you to the exact figure because fuel isn't factored, but it will get you in dangerous striking distance. Holdback is far easier to determine. FCA holdback is MSRP less Destination Charge multiplied by 3% (.03) and rounded to the nearest whole number.
