Hey, Bassbug. Have you scheduled an appointment with your dealer to have your open recalls addressed? If not, we recommend doing so as soon as possible. If you'd like assistance or have questions, just send us a private message.

Welcome to the HDRam club. Recalls and updates are an unfortunate fact of life with today's gizmo/gadget infested vehicles.

Yes I called two dealerships on the recall! One recall is a software update The other recall has to do with a valve in the transmission allowing Transmission flood to Overheat in flow through the dipstick igniting in the engine. I was informed by 2 different dealerships they would have to have the part ordered through the recall campaign fir the Transmission valve . what not understood is the parts are available for other recalls but not now. One dealership is supposed put in a request for the part with the campaign as representing ram. Both dealerships was confused with the way ram Is handling the recall for the transportation valve.

I understand your frustration here, Bassbug. Our team recommends staying in touch with your dealer for more information. In the meantime, if you need any further assistance from our team while working with them, please send us a private message.
