Heated steering wheel not staying on

I have a 2019 2500 Limited and the heated steering wheel will turn on for a second and then turn right off. Anyone else have this issue? I guess I’ll be making my first trip back to the dealer...

Any chance you have a steering wheel wrap? I bought a rubber neoprene slip on wrap for mine, needed a little grip and the heater was really hot. Dealership says that’s probably the reason it failed. It does fit right but not sure I buy that’s why it failed.
