Hello everyone. I have a 2022 level 3 and I'm pretty disappointed in the ventilated seats. I'm coming from a 2017 Superduty and those cooled seats flat out WORKED. These are so unimpressive that the "airflow" through them is barely detectable. Anyone else notice this? Hopefully it's just mine and I may be able to get it fixed.

I think it’s just yours, mine on my 22 3500 Laramie DRW work fine on 100° day on low

Yeah, I agree. My 22 PW L3 is also weak on the vented seats. I came out of a 19 Sierra 1500 and it seemed much better. But that's about the only thing I can complain about, well and maybe the 10.8 miles to gallon I'm getting. But hey, it's a bad ass truck.

I'm 255 and mine is pretty weak, my wife has a Yukon and it makes your ass chilly!

I'd say mine are comparable to my buddy's 2021 GMC Denali 1500, and my other two FCA vehicles.

Dang. Well, like you said, at least it's a bad ass truck. And, for what it's worth, I only weigh 190 lbs. so body mass *shouldn't* play a factor.

Fan does a good job of pushing air, but it's just pushing hot air that is under the seat.
Once the truck cools down and the fan can move the cooler air it 'works' much better.

Disappointing is getting a black QX50 as an "upgrade" on a rental car in Vegas that had no seat ventilation. Zip, zero, nada. At least the seats weren't black. Fortunately only had to endure the one (return) day getting in it at high noon.

As the fan cannot actively cool the air but relies on the cool air inside the vehicle to circulate through the seat, that is actually the way the system is supposed to work.

Yes, but the title states 'cooled' which they are not... and I attempted to to make that clarification, apparently I fell short. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My 2020 3500 Mega cab works great; I even find myself turning it to low on a 100-degree day.

Maybe a bit, yes ;-)
Write to RAM and tell them they need to rename them to "vented seats"...

My 2016 RAM Laramie EcoDiesel seats were much better than in my 2021 Ram Laramie 3500. The leather seats in my ED were full leather, and both the heat and vented functions were great. With the "leather trim" seats in my 3500, it may be the same hardware both not same result. Heat is pretty good, but the venting is not on par. Regardless, it's a keeper.
