Headlight help please...

I own a 2020 Tradesman and I put 2020 Laramie headlights in it, now the headlights don't completely function like they should and I went by the dealer to see if they can re-program the truck to accept the new light but they don't want to do it.

Anyone here have any experience with this?

You will need to activate the appropriate sales codes in the BCM using AlfaOBD. Also, the search function on this site works exceedingly well. The below thread begins as using an aftermarket work around, but quickly shifts to making the BCM changes on your own.

Really? I use it quite a lot and have good results. Perhaps it has to do with the terms used for the search.

LPX. I would call the service advisor first and have them check to see if that sales code is available to be added to your VIN. If not, just use AlfaOBD to enable the settings in the BCM yourself.

I have yet to have success with it even using single keywords
