Headlamp Adjusting

I have a 2019 Ram 2500 Bighorn that I installed the LED mid range headlamps into. I am wondering if anyone has the instructions and the points where to make adjustments to the headlamp angle and height? I believe that the small adjuster jutting out from the back of the headlamp is where to make the adjustments, but will this adjuster change both the height and the left/right of the headlamp or can you only adjust them up and down? If anyone has the steps, and instructions that would be great thanks. I did try to do a search but did not come up with the right information. Looking on youtube, I saw one video that did give me some insight, but not for both height and centering the headlamp left/right. Thanks,

They adjust through the top of the headlight. Only up and down

Thank you for input. Much appreciated and got them aligned along with the fog lights.
