Having trouble with the Truecar Inventive

Tried getting an offer code for the $500 TrueCar incentive but got this message:
"We apologize, but we were unable to generate a Ram Bonus Cash offer for you at this time. If you feel you qualify for this incentive, please call 1-888-878-3227 or click back to confirm membership.
Otherwise continue through the Auto Buying Service to take advantage of the many other benefits TrueCar Programs receive."
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I hadn't signed up on the website but I am signed up now and I still get that message.
 
Maybe just shop inventory or request bids through RAMTrucks, KBB, AutoTrader, your bank, or any of those other shopping websites. They're all the same now anyway.
 
Why would I shop inventory at other websites when its only Truecar offering the $500 discount? I still can't get it to work...picking up my truck on Monday hopefully.

They dont have any active offers for discounts besides why stress over 500$

You don’t have to buy through TrueCar to get the $500 discount. Almost every RAM dealer accepts it. You can buy from one of the reputable dealers listed in the forums, like Mark Dodge, and save around 10-12% off of MSRP.
 
I bought through Bud Clary at invoice minus holdback so I'm good on the price. My problem is I don't know how to access the inventive...it just tells me I'm not eligible when I click the "GET OFFER" button. And I signed up for their website. I even tried calling them and got no where.

Try a different email address
 
I tried with your zip and got the same message. Must be a restriction. Maybe try a different ZIP.
