I washed out my EGR cooler about 6 months ago and it was DISGUSTING. Cleaning the cooler helped space regeneration cycles out further apart. Now I never cleaned the actual intake over the grid heater which I assume is just as nasty. I'm just curious from the guys that have cleaned it out what gaskets they needed. I'm guessing I need a set of EGR crossover tube gaskets and an intake plate gasket and a grid heater gasket. So my thinking is I need those 4 pieces. Am I wrong? Is there a non-dealer source for these?
