Has ram updated the ACC and Lane Assist on HD Rams yet? I have a 2021 with an Aisin and I made the mistake of test driving a 2025 with the new 8 speed trans. That thing rips compared to my lazy 2021. I didn't get a chance to check the adaptive features. Is it the same as the 2021 and older models? Lane assist vs lane centering. No stop and go on adaptive cruise, etc. We just picked up a 2025 1500 Bighorn and it came standard with Active Lane Management and ACC with Stop and Go standard. Checking window stickers on new HD trucks, it appears to have active lane management, which is pretty much lane centering on our 1500. My 21 (and most FCA of that generation) was more of an assist which is pretty useless compared to the lane centering on most cars now.

The big one is the adaptive cruise with stop and go. Window stickers just say adaptive cruise with stop. On my 2021 it will shut off after 3 seconds. My other vehicles will all continue driving after staying stopped (including the 1500). I am hard pressed to spend another 100K if my 33K Maverick has better adaptive driving features than a 100K HD truck. My ride home consists of 10 miles of stop and go on the expressway and it's great when I can let the car do the thinking while my brain recovers from the work day.

Absolutely love the Longhorn interior. Just wish you could get it without the chrome grill. It's much nicer than the completely black interior of the Limited model I have. My 2016 had a gray headliner which really brightened up the interior. My 21 is all black which really closes the space up.
