Has anyone swapped the factory goose plate to a B&W 1320?

Just got a new to me 2019 2500 limited (sold my beloved 2015) and this truck has the factory puck system. can I swap the factory center piece for the B&W 1320 so it will work with my Companion hitch? TIA

Swap OEM Gooseneck Hitch for B&W Turnover Ball

Has anyone swapped out the Gooseball reciever in the OEM 5th wheel prep kit for a B&W turnover hitch? Any issues? I would like the extra 4” of clearance I could get with the B&W offset ball since I plan to use a Goosebox on a 5th wheel. Thank!
