It seems everyone I know with a brand new truck has a tuner on it.. Not talking about hardware changes, deletes, etc, strictly software.. I understand on new trucks if the dealer wants to look hard enough they will find a footprint, but just curious of your actual experiences (if any)

Has anyone ever actually gotten grief about honoring warranty on a 'tuned' truck ?

If we are talking a performance tune, if found at fault the warranty should be voided for powertrain. Now where the dealers/manufacturers cross the lines is when they try to void ALL the vehicle warranties which have nothing to do with a tune. example. bad injector, starter, alt, wp.
