As the thread title says, I have the HK 17 speaker system and realized my sub isn't working on my MY23 2500 Mega Cab. I verified its plugged in at the sub, but wasn't able to see any voltage on the line at the connector there, leading me to believe it's an amp or wiring issue. I need to know if there's any other connectors between the sub and the amp under the dash, and for the life of me I can't find a wiring diagram that shows routing so I can see. I'd like to try troubleshooting before I take it to the dealer even though it's under warranty so I only make the trip once I know it's not just a loose connector. So...

1. Are there any connectors/harnesses between the sub and the amp under the dash?

2. Does the 4-pin/wire harness merge with something else before reaching the amp?

3. Why is it 4-pin when the sub is only 2 wires?

4. Anyone have a pinout of the amp so I can troubleshoot that side of it?

All other speakers are working fine. I honestly don't think it's worked since I bought the truck used...I just never noticed.

Any help is appreciated!
