Some years yes! Well who is to say whats normal now a days…. Your thanks giving is too close to Christmas for my liking anyway lol

US Thanksgiving is when the stores would start to slowly start to roll out the Christmas deals and decorations, a reasonable time to do so. I was at home cheapo yesterday and they were in full blown Christmas mode already. The friggen leaves are barely starting to change around here!
Anyhow hope your Turkey day (turkeys probably were the size of Cornish hens, no way they can be full grown this early) was great, and time spent with family was enjoyed.
