Grinding noise occasionally after start

I have a 2023 Ram 2500 6.7. Since I have had it, and when it is cold and damp outside, I get a strange noise from the engine. It doesn’t happen all the time and the dealership has not been able to recreate it and didn’t seem interested in hearing the video I have of it. They initially did something to the AC compressor on some service bulletin but that didn’t work. It’s been in the shop twice and I have another appointment coming up. I wish I could attach the video but doesn’t seem to be possible here. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
