New to the forum. I have been reading regularly since I bought the new truck last August and figured it was time to join.
My 2019 2500 that replaced my old 2003 Ram 1500 Quad cab. I will start a few new threads highlighting some of the upgrades that I have added to the new truck. -PeeWee

Welcome, Nice set up. Is it easy to get that golf cart in the back ?

Thanks Riveyman.

With the right ramp set up it’s super easy to load up the golf cart. I use the Caliper Ramp Pro. It’s long enough that I do not have clearance issues with the bottom of the golf cart scraping. My cart is not lifted but it is a PTV which is about an inch taller than most standard fleet carts. The RampPro is not for the faint of wallet, but after having used it for a couple of years I believe it’s totally worth the nearly $400 price tag. Drive up the ramp up, fold it up, and slide the ramp in under the cart between the wheels. Done.

Hauling the golf cart in the back of the pick up was the primary reason I chose to go with a long bed. Without the rear seats installed I can close the tailgate. This spring I installed a rear seat so I’m going to have to go to some sort of a tailgate extension bar. Probably something like this unless I make one myself.

If I left the tailgate down I would have clearance issues to the tongue jack on the trailer in tighter corners.
