Gooseneck trailer/brake lights not working

I'm having trouble getting my 2023 Ram 2500 Cummings deisel trailer/brake lights to work when hauling my gooseneck. Dealer said everything was fine, trailer lights work with other trucks. I put it in trailer mode, am I missing a setting or button somewhere?

Have you done your due diligence with your trailer? Ensured that things like the grounds are tight, and there are no cut, old, frayed wires on the trailer? Is your battery on your brakes charged? Perhaps hooked up another trailer and ensured that the brakes work on that trailer?

There are a couple threads on making sure you have the correct 7 wire plug on the trailer.

First off you have a CUMMINS not a cummings second off check that your trailer plug is like the second pic not the first. The first picture is not compatible with the rams

Thank you for reply, and correction, lol. Also, fir the pics of plugs, I will double check mine, it's an old trailer, so perhaps that's the problem.
