Gear Limit Buttons not working

I have a 2020 Ram 2500 Bighorn with 6.7 Cummings and I cannot get the buttons to engage. Any ideas on what might be the cause of this. I have 37K miles.

Does your cruise and horn work? It could be a clock spring issue
