We have a 2009 3500 that the gauge cluster lights aren't working. It's the backlight lights. The red for the gauge needles still work but the lights for the gauges to be able to read them at night aren't working. Had the same issue with the lights on the climate control but I replaced those bulbs as well and they're working now. Although they pulse since they're LED but at least they work.
I replaced the cluster lights with LED so not sure if that's the issue but I'm confused as to why the needles still light up but the rest of the gauges don't. All the function lights still work it's just the backlight for the gauges.
Any help would be appreciated.
