Let's face it, the MOPAR trailer camera accessory is abysmal and without changing out the OEM connector on the bumper (Ford system as others have done), there's only aftermarket trailer cam setups. Anyone have the configuration above? Curious how reliable the BC35 is and what distances (trailer lengths) people are using this for. I'm very interested in the RV 785 setup because of the built-in dashcam so maybe this can be a viable solution for a trailer cam too so I don't have a separate display just for a trailer cam.

Update: In case anyone is wondering, I installed the BC-35 backup camera and it works beautifully with the RV785. I even mounted the transmitter on the backside of the camper and the GPS unit on my dash picks it up with no problem. It's powered by the camper running lights so anytime I have the headlights or parking lights on, it's providing power to the camera and I can instantly see what's behind me. For $165 (GPS unit was $385), failry inexpensive solution to the backup camera dilemma.
