Just a quick question.

Trying to determine what fits in my garage. I have like 253 inches in my garage. I would like to get a Mega Cab 6'4" box which Ram says is 249.9 in length. Ive test fit an F250 CCSB that fits and is listed as 250 inches. On that truck the tow hooks are like 1/2" out from the bumper and the receiver hitch is about 1/4" out from the back bumper.

Either truck will get a 1x4 screwed to the wall that I will back up to and bump with the receiver hitch.

What points are the furthest forward and the furthest aft on the Ram HD trucks?

Tow hooks and receiver hitch?

or does some piece of the bumper stick out further than the tow hooks or hitch?

The hitch is recessed in about 1/4 inch from the rear bumper, can’t help with the tow hook question, I removed mine for my brush guard.

thanks. My buddy finally responded that his hitch is either flush or just inside his rear bumper like you say yours is.
