Fuel Tank Skid Plate and Drive Shaft Interference

Has anyone else experienced this? I have a 2025 PXL REBEL and when the frame flexes off road the fuel tank skid plate would contact the drive shaft. Trimed the skid plate but seemed like this should have been taken into consideration.
 
I don't have it, but can you post some photos? My first thought is that something is mounted incorrectly...
 
I'll have to get the before photo from my dealer. Fuel tank skid appears to only install one way. I had to turn right hard and compress suspension at speed for it to hit.
