Fuel Guage issue.

I have a 2020 3500 6.7, I filled up today and diesel was just about to the top because it was only 8 gallons that went in when the guage showed 1/4 tank at arrival. When I got done filling the guage only moved to 3/4 and after driving about 30 miles begins moving down..... is this part of the fuel lift issue? Anyone else experience this?

Possibly, but you still under warranty. I'll just bring it to the dealer and have them look at it and make sure you don't have a bad sending unit
