Front track bar notches?

I just noticed these odd notches on my front track bar. Does anyone know what that might be from and if it’s normal?

This is a 2024 rebel HD with a Cummins and a Carli Dominator kit installed. Sits on 37” wheels with 0 offset. No rubbing that I’ve noticed.

I believe it’s just part of the manufacturing process.

Cjc folks said that’s not the track bar but a drag link.
