I’m new to having any brand HD truck. When I registered on the Ram Owner’s site I asked a rep if installing a front suspension leveling kit would affect the warranty.

Fat fingers on an iPhone submitted post before I finished my train of thought.

Anyway,I was told if I installed a leveling kit, that would void my warranty as I would be changing the geometry of the suspension.

My question; has anyone who have added leveling kits or lifts had any problems with any warranty service/ claims?

My Mopar warranty use is limited but I've been on jeep forums forever so ill comment. As I understand it from the Jeep forums and FCA, if the issue you are having is related to the lift you're denied. But it needs to be directly related to your lift. Now if your windshield washer pump quits there's no way that would have anything to to with the lift. Most Jeep owners try to find a more lift friendly dealership to have handle any warranty issues. It would be hard for a dealership who sells new modded vehicles to tell you we won't fix what we sold you...

Yeah, I was wondering about those dealerships that sell lifted trucks. Make sense. Thanx...

Thanx for the information...
This is from the vehicle service contract, the actual FCA warranty book is very vague. For this reason though I think I am going to cancel my vehicle service contract for the very reason that I want to modify my truck.

I've debated the maxcare since I got my JK. But the first thing I did was slap a lift on it so never pulled the trigger. FCA was still offering the lifetime when I first got the Jeep. Fortunately its been flawless in 21kmi and 2.5yrs. I'm planning to level the Ram soon but I'm thinking on waiting till first oil change so I can bring up the right turn clunk. 35s and wheels are in the garage waiting already.

I’m thinking of just doing a leveling kit after the first oil change as well.
