For those of you who replaced your front springs yourself. Did you need to use a spring compressor, or is there enough front "droop" to do it by hand?

Do it by hand, I had to put my jack stands on some big pavers to get the truck high enough. You’ll need to disconnect the track bar, sway bar end links, shocks and the brake line anker points on the axle to get it to droop far enough, but they’ll fall right out.

No need for a spring compressor. Unbolt shock and one of the sway bar bolts and they will drop right out. I did not unbolt anything else. Didn't even need to compress the new springs I put in and they were much longer. Support axle with floor jack and lower slowly.
