2022 Ram 3500 Cummins HO 6.7 Been in dealer shops about 5 times with engine light on. Confirmed mopar air filter and cleaned air box of burrs first time. Several more times in for same issue Last time replaced DPF filter. Now in for same issue Replacing all six injectors as they are leaking and contaminating engine oil. Any one else having these issues. 25689 miles

Lots of threads on the issue, especially with 22’s and some 23’s. Search the forums and you’ll find lots of discussions.

Was your code a P2459?

The fuel in the oil is very likely the result of the excess regens, not leaking injectors but it’s worth a shot.

What is your driving duty cycle like?

The code is P2459. Dealer claims leaking injectors is the source of fuel in the engine oil. This then causes the frequent regens. Most of the time I am pulling a 40 5th wheel, but do use the truck for driving around when we are camping.

It’s worth a shot, but certainly not the common repair for this issue. Fuel in the oil is a normal byproduct of excess regens.

Seems like you’re working the engine like you should be, so that’s good.

My 2020 SHOULDN'T be experiencing frequent regens, but it was all summer. It finally started throwing P24B4 codes:

I'd clear codes to reset the MIL and they would come back in short order.
#2 Son finally got it into the dealership today and replaced the PM sensor. He said there was also an applicable TSB for the MAF to pull the German PN and put in the China PN sensor so he did that as well but kept the old sensor just in case. I didn't think it applied to all MY, but apparently all with the German MAF are covered under the TSB if there are any system issues?
I would like to see that TSB info but he forgot the work order paperwork at the shop. He said they have no MAF relearn instructions for the replacement work.
I had also noticed some oil weeping from the IC input boost tube and had them check it and the turbo. When he got to it, he said the IC hose was not fully seated to the nub (it was when I checked it) so I may have had a loose clamp/minor boost leak (but never threw any boost codes). To me it felt tight but I didn't put a wrench on the clamp as we were leaving with the RV for the weekend and didn't want to break something. Said the turbo looked good.

Thankfully, I have Maxcare 8/60 so it was all covered. I think he was also somehow able to even have the deductible waived.

What kind of mileage were you seeing between regens?
