I looked through the manual and couldn't find the fold-flat floor weight capacity. Does anybody have an idea what it is? I intend to put a carpeted piece of 3/4" maple down with my ARB fridge and slide mounted on it. I figure it may weigh 150-200 lbs once loaded. More with other gear stored back there too. The wood would help spread the weight. I could put some blocks underneath if needed I guess.

It's the same as the folding floor in my 2015 1500, near as I can tell. I've had more 400 lbs loaded on that floor on a number of occasions, no damage. It was in large boxes that were spread out. A piece of wood like you described would be good.

That truck is 5 years old now, and on the driver side, the fabric on top is starting to come apart from the internal material, whatever that is. That's because I let the dog ride on that floor. He runs up and leaps in, and he hits hard, weighs 60 lbs. That lets the front piece of flooring drop a half inch or so if you put weight along the hinge. I've considered putting a replacement hinge like a piano hinge on it. To do it right the hinge would have to be on top, which would make sliding gear and boxes in and out a lot harder. I've been thinking about taking the flooring off, and replacing it with the same pattern in 1/4 inch or 3/8 plywood. Keep the feet, or make replacements, would be easy to do either one.

I modified my old trucks fridge mount to fit on the fold flat floor. It worked great. The fridge, slide, and Goal Zero solar generator didn't budge at all.

more photos please. how did you secure the platform that the slide is bolted too? also how did you run your power to the fridge. thanks. I loved having an ARB50 in my jeep and have not set it up in my truck yet.

I made a mount for the slide out of 5/8" or 3/4" Maple for my 2007. I used T-nuts on the back to mount the slide. That mount sat on the rear seat since I didn't have the fold flat floor. I have attached a pic of the way it was before I modified it. You can also see the one I made for the LJ next to it. I will take a couple of pics of the modified mount this weekend and show you how it mounts to the board.

In these pics you can see where I notched the middle and ends of the board so they will slide under the edge of the sean mounts when it sits on the fold-flat floor. This helps keep it in place. It is also strapped to the seat mounts. The slide is mounted at an angle to clear the door when sliding. The slide can be mounted on either the driver or the passenger side. I still need to make mounting points to strap the Goal Zero solar generator. It is almost as heavy as the fridge.

Also, the slide really isn't needed on this installation. There is enough headroom to open the fridge without sliding it outward. It does make it a bit easier to load though.
