Anyone have any idea how many times I can clear this code before I get a derate? First one popped this morning, yes I’m aware of the TSB for this and my truck falls into that time frame, will be calling the dealer as soon as they open but right now my TT is 1 1/2 hrs from me and was getting some work done and I have to go pick it up in the next couple of days.

That code should not cause a derate, worse case you may get a power reduced derate if the filter reaches a certain soot load, but you will not get a 5mph derate for soot loading, the 5mph derate is for DEF/NOX issues.
I also wouldn't clear the code if you are planning on taking it to the dealer, you may not be able to get it to set again in a reasonable amount of time.
