Hello Gang.

Just installed bushwacker flares on my 2021 Ram 2500 Bighorn.
Happy with the results, but had to remove stock rocker guards to make them fit. I think I’ve seen the part called splats?
Are there replacements available that fit with flares installed? If so, got any leads or part numbers?

Thanks in sdvance! Please see attached pictures and portions circled in blue.

Best,
Paul

The term you’re looking for is “spats”, but I like “splats”, so I’m using that from now on. The answer to your question is no, there isn’t anything to install there with those flares. With the factory flares there are some bits (the “spats”) that go below them and looks like a tiny, and completely useless, mudguard.

If you want to protect from rocks and mud you’re going to need to get some mudflaps. I’m a big fan of the Rokblokz flaps, but there are many different types out there.
