first tow with this truck

Anything I need to know about towing my 11K fifth wheel with my "new to me" 2023 Ram 3500 Dually Big Horn it is not the HO model. Pulled many miles with my 2006 Big Horn Dually, 6 speed manual, Jake brake equipped, with edge tuner. Weather temps will be in the 90's. Should I use both the exhaust and tow/haul mode together? Thanks

Yes on the tow/haul and exhaust brake use. Exhaust brake has two modes “Full” and “Auto.” In Full, the exhaust brake comes on when your foot comes off the accelerator. In Auto, you can coast a bit, but it will engage if your foot is off the accelerator and the truck is accelerating. Likewise with cruise set, the EB will engage if truck accelerates beyond set point.

Tow/Haul is also recommended and will make the EB more aggressive.

Apart from that, just make sure trailer tires, hubs, and brakes are in good working order. Truck will handle that load fine.
