hey all. question about the fan clutch. 2014 2500 6.4. I've had it about 3 months. Didn't do it when I bought it but it started on first startup in the morning would occasionally lock the fan clutch up. Started doing it more frequently. Then it would stay locked until I got 4k rpms, then 5k. Then if it sat for more than 15 minutes, but would unlock sooner and at a lower rpm. I had planned on doing the belt, idler and tensioners, so why not the clutch at the same time. Picked up a Hayden clutch, Goodyear belt kit, still squeaks. The hayden was only slightly better at first, has progressivley gotten worse. Way home today the fan got loud but not locked up. Temps were normal, 200* coolant 218* oil( normal for me is oil and coolant doing opposite up and down temps). Dosne't matter if the ac is on or not.
