Excessive Front Tire Wear...Does Warranty Cover Items Like This?

Hate to break it to you but according to those numbers are actually worse. They put .07 more toe into it and the alignment took them all of 13 minutes. The "total toe" number should read "0"

Edit: I should clarify - The alignment you posted up looks great for factory specs. If you were trying to align to the better Thuren specs total toe should be zero
Thanks for the reply.....I was afraid that it might have been worse. The Total Toe is higher, but the individual Toe settings are now better. How does that relate? From what I can tell, Total Toe is the sum of both individual toe settings. Couldn't you end up with a correct Total Toe even though the invidual Toe settings were off?

Basically, on a truck like ours with a solid tie rod assembly where there is only one adjustment to either make it longer or shorter the differing toe readings you see on each side is only due to the steering wheel not being perfectly centered when the reading was taken. Their sum will always be the "total toe" number in the middle (which when the steering wheel is centered each side should read equally). Ideally after the alignment is done each side should read (0) as should the total toe number. I hope this makes sense.
