2007, 3500, 4x4, 6.7, deleted, 202K miles on the truck. Headed into town, and it just dies. Was able to coast into a parking lot. Truck cranked, no start. All other electrical worked on the truck. No gear shift display. Towed it home, and could not connect to the ecm to read any codes. Checked all the fuses, all good. Pulled the ecm, connectors all looked good. Still no read, so Pulled the ecm off, and ordered a replacement. Finally got it the ecm, put it on the truck, truck started. Threw all the emissions codes, which I expected. Originally used a Smarty Jr on the truck. Had gotten procedure from MADS, for reprogramming. Went thru that, thought it was fixed, engine started, but then threw codes for all injector numbers being wrong. Tried to to go back on the Smarty, to stock, and then lost all communication with the ecm again. Have sent ecm back, waiting to see what the verdict o that ends up being. Anyone have a similar incident??? Cause/solution???
